Delivery times
Prints on canvas
The print comes stretched on a wooden frame and the preparation time takes between one and two weeks there for it can take up to 30 days to arrive to you
If there is an urgency, please indicate this at the time of the order and we will see if there is a possibility to expedite the printing process.
We do our best to meet these times, but
actual delivery time depends on conditions beyond our control, such as delay in customs or postal problems
Original painting – can be picked up immediately from the studio in Rosh Pina or wait for a shipment that can take between 7 to 20 days
Self-collection shortens delivery time

International shipping: The painting or print will be sent rolled up in a rigid cylinder

Refunds / Replacement
The print in created especially for you and can not be returned or replaced.
Exchanges
Upon request and only if the original product was originally received damaged or defective, we can exchange the product for a new one and only if it is a print, an original painting cannot be replaced.

Shipping Back
To return or exchange your product, please ship via common carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) to the address shown on your packing list
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and ensuring that it arrives within the 30 day return time frame. Please contact the carrier you choose to ensure it will arrive in time.
Please purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products due to return shipping
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days from receipt of artwork* Please email us to request a return authorization or your purchase may not be refunded
Original Art can be returned for a full refund minus shipping fees. The art must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping fees may vary between $35 and $250 depending on the art size and destination.
Canvas or Paper can be returned for a full refund if damaged before opening the parcel.
All other prints, commissioned artwork or artwork purchased directly from Michal Shimoni at her studio in Rosh Pina are non-returnable, unless we ship the wrong item or the art is damaged during transportation. We only accept returns only if we shipped the wrong item or the art is damaged during transportation
REFUNDS
If you return artwork, we issue you a refund within 5 working days from the time we receive it, provided you have requested a return authorization and followed our instructions for packing and shipping.
